MND (known as ALS in the US) is a fatal disease. But before it takes your life – it steals your voice. In 2022, Dell Technologies partnered with Intel and Roll’s Royce to promote the importance of voice banking. Together, we created the world’s first voice-banking children’s book. This work was honored with numerous awards. But its impact on the MND community is what we’re most proud of.

PORTRAIT OF A VOICE
We continued to support the MND community by working with renowned artist Sara Pope to create a one-of-a-kind painting. Her subject was Yvonne: a woman was currently living with MND. This portrait was then sold at the “Weir Dancing for Doddie” gala. It sold for over 15,000 pounds – the highest piece of the night. And all proceeds were donated to MND research.
